Liver Cleanse Result

Ok, so this about completes my internal bodily cleansing. I did the liver flush last night, now being Friday August 11 10am of writing.

Im not going to rehash the recipee for this, do a google on liver flush and you willg et a myriad of results on the first page which will tell you all about it.

Drinking the epsom salts wer enot as bad as I thought they went down relatively easily. Its like drinking Alka Seltzer.

Drinkign the olive oil was rough. 10pm I proceeded to down the halfpint olive oil half pint grapefruit juice in 5 minutes, did so then immediately lay down. The sensatio was weird. Im not sure if it was the so caleld 'stones' passing through my system or the olive oil coating my internals, but my insides felt very slippery. I lay there on my right side in the fetal position as still as possible thinking of what was going on inside.....snoooze...

3am I awoke with the ruge to hit the washroom. I did and yes stuff came out. not a lot but looking in I saw 2 floating almond sized green stones. That was it. The reading I had done said that gallstones will float due to the cholesterol. P plucked them out, washed them off. They were green, almond size and soft and mushy, like mushy peas. I pt them into a bag and decided to bring them into work for the non-beleivers (gross eh)

Nice response I got this morning...'Are you mad, thats disgusting!', 'hey look at Dans show and tell', ....'what the fuck, sick bloke' was a mixture of responses...I calmly told them all they all had the same and I was going to turn them all into believers. I'll post the pics when I downlaod them from my camera later.

To say the least, there really are about 5 people who are considering doing the master cleanse and liver flush, 2 perhaps that i think will actually follow through and were amazed at what I'd done. Other than that the guys all said they respected what id done and gone through, yay (:P)

I didnt do this to convert anyone. I simply did this for myself and thought I'd share the results, thats all. I could care less if anyone did itl, but if it helped to inspire, then great im happy.

Perhaps will have more update later in the day. the onlien reading said people flushed 100 stones, 50 stones, some even 400. (but they wernt all gallstones) I dont think I got that result at all and am happy knowing if only 2 came out, then i must only have a small amount and thats fine by me!
