Out There.....

I think this experience has made me a little more ambitious with the little things I havnt been so tidy at, like my blog. Guess I have more time to 'revel' in the moment, absorb it all now and regurgitate it.

So first weekend:

Friday night, Fri 13, went on a 'Jack the Ripper Tour' with John, Leah and some other people. It was a huge turnout, so big they cut the walking tour in 2. Funniest comment I had was at the pub about 6pm on Friday, first drink when my co-workers said:

'It's your first night single in London and your going on a Jack the Ripper Tour!?!?', yea it got some chuckles.

Great tour, really made me want to read more about this Jack dude :P Other than that it wasent a late night, I was tired and figuring shit out so I just went home afterwards as no one went out anyways.

Saturday - Bought some new threads, going for the 'smart' London look, Black Courdouroy Blazer and some thin stripped dress shirts. Went out alone for dinner as George couldnt make it back from Brighton in time to meet me so I chowed on some suchi at Covent Garden, conveyor belt style. I was looking for a palce to go afterwards when I stumbled upon the 'Covent Garden Comedy Club', which really ISNT in Covent Garden but in Charring Cross station, about 8 blocks from each other. It makes no sense.

Anyhoo what a wicked place, it's kinda like Yuk Yuks but admitadly, cooler. For 8 quid you get 4 shows, big venue. From 7pm till 11pm and free entrance to the dance club near Embankment afterwards. Pretty good Value.

Check out his Videos, same ones I saw Live, they were crackin! It was hysterical seeing them, he is on to something.

Made a short night out of it as I was flying solo and I didnt have much in me to go out drinking alone. So I left at 11:30 back to the Heath. Still thinking about Living arrangements, I might have to get into a house share situation..Thats all on this Saturday. Good night, but I'm sure i'll get more wind as soon as I'm 'there' with it. I need my mojo back!
